RTX Coming To GTX
« on: Mar 20, 2019, 09:24 »
Well well in the new April driver update we are getting DXR for all Pascal GPUs GTX 1060 6GB and UP! is it only basic Ray Tracing but it is Ray Tracing for people who want to try it but don't want to spend big only on RTX cards :)

Life was grand with my 1080ti and i was seriously looking at getting a 2080ti but here in NZ at over 2 grand..... no thanx. I was expecting to pay $200-300 more for the new card than my current card on release but this was not the case.

You have 2 2080ti's Valley? holy shit batman!!

2 RTX 2080 Ti OC graphics (11GB GDDR6 each) cost me 3k each :(  - game doesn't even really use the 2nd one at all / host of configurations to just make it playable.

i think i overpaid because they were part of the alienware set markup on every item but their support is awesome

yeah I payed about $999 for my GIGABYTE RTX 2080-8Gb oc card, And about 500-600 hundred on my asus UHD4K monitor. they seem to be a good match with my DDR4 dual channel 16GB ripjaws 3200mhz ram, paired with my very RYZEN 5 2600X! But Now I'm Just Waiting for the retailers to start to sell the RYZEN 7 3600x amd chip as soon as it comes in to my dealer he will get it for me so I cant wait.
